Reproduction without secrets:

Read MULTI_SEED_CLAIM.md + the three seed summaries.
Strangers: download public data/*.csv from the live site and recompute first-cross (see data/README.md).
Diff candidate first-cross train_time vs F1_seal 3.866 h.
Confirm stock arms never cross in seed 2029 (and 1337 summary).
Do not invent seed-1337 ms if only the summary’s three-decimal hours are local.
Re-train only with explicit operator approval and workspace owner credentials (see WORKSPACE_MAP.local.md).
